		<description><![CDATA[This is a good basic quiona salad I omit the oil and use maple syrup or date syrup instead of real sugar.   I mix and match beans depending on what I have. This is something I make on the weekend and eat off of all week.  I put it on top of salads or eat by itself.  Enjoy]]></description>

Wanted to also share my whole grain pizza dough recipes my husband and I spent years perfecting - we have one that is made from mostly whole wheat flour and one that is made from gluten-free bread flour and spelt flour (it isn&#039;t gluten-free but it&#039;s easier on my wheat sensitive tummy). Just thought I&#039;d share! Can&#039;t wait to see what you post next!]]></description>
